I recently talked to a very wealthy man that rents out real estate. He devoted most of his life to his business and is very successful. He told me that unless you are willing to put in the effort to be successful don't even bother and a every day job is for you. He told me that many people asked him how he became successful and he told the same old story about how he started out renting out one two family house and moved from there. While he started out he held a regular full time job. He now owns two huge apartment complexes that other people run for him. He said the most popular response that he got to the beginning of story was: "I love the idea, but I don't want to be bothered with going over and unclogging the toilet and fixing the house if something goes wrong". He said after that: "that is a person that wants it all and is not willing to put in the effort to be successful". Sure he has an easy life now, but getting to that point was a struggle. So, if your not willing to put the effort into whatever you are trying to do it will not work.

Devise a plan, whatever it might be, to bring in a separate income of $360.00 to pay for that car. For Instance (just an example, these are not facts just possibilities): With a little initial work and some good planning you could have 3 small affiliate marketing sites bringing in that income. You buy 3 urls for $10.00 each, and write the timeless (timeless- means the content will be good for a long time) targeted content for the site. You come up with a plan on how to get up on the search engines for minimal cost. Once you get there you come up with a plan on how to stay up there for a long period of time. So, you now are making $600.00 a month with these 3 affiliate marketing sites up on the search engines. Now you hire a ghostwriter to write a certain amount of content a month and post them in article directories and blogs to keep backlinks going to the sites. These articles and blog posts cost you $200.00 a month between the 3 sites. Now for some initial work and planning was your time worth the $400.00 a month your pocketing. Now take that $400.00 a month that is pretty much on autopilot and go buy your car! Im not saying there would be no work involved and I just threw those numbers out there. The whole purpose of me saying this is to get you motivated to think smarter with your money. If I gave you $5,000.00 right now what would you do with it? I bet you most people already had it set into there head on what they wanted to do with that money and will go out and spend it. In the end most of the time you would be left with nothing. Think smarter.... How could I make this $5,000.00 turn into $10,000.00 or bring me in another form of income each month. Just my opinion.
